Defective trolley in Naia

Last year around November there were new trolleys added on Naia- terminal 1. After a month, I used the new trolley and found out that there were 1-2 trolleys that I test before getting the right one. The Defective trolleys wheel is not rolling smoothly. Just last month, when I used the trolley, after just one year, all the trolley are now defective. I tried 5 times and all are defective. This trolleys are obviously substandard and I bet it will be out in less than a year. I snapped the picture with the website and cant' view the website. I am hoping someone can check the price, the budget and quality of this trolley and compare against similar trolley on the market
