The pedestrian walkway leading to Manila City Hall, namely (1)Pedestrian underpass that connect Manila City Hall to Intramuros (2) The walkway in front of Manila City hall (3) The pathways across the side of City Hall, on side of Bonifacio Park leading to Unibersidad de Manila and SM City and all underground pedestrian in Lawton feels that you are in Divisoria rather than City Hall. The places are very dirty and drug addicts are just sleeping everywhere. Is Erap aware of this?
