Reporting
You may send your reports via web form submission, Twitter, and SMS. A gentle reminder: We encourage you to be as detailed as possible in your reports-- and to submit only truthful/ factual info.
1) Citizen Action Map form: The form is in the 'Submit a Report' page. All required fields (Report Title, Description, Category, Location) must be completed in order for us to successfully "map" your reports. You can go beyond this by filling in the optional fields, too.
2) Twitter: Tweet away with the hashtag: #citizenactionph. Don't forget to include the LGU location/ LGU official you're reporting about.
3) Citizen SMS Connect: Send your reports while on the go to +63927.703.1688. As with the web form and Twitter, always include key details -- especially the LGU location/ LGU official -- so that we can pin your reports to the map.

1) Citizen SMS Connect Subscription: To receive CANA Citizen Action Map and website updates via SMS Connect, text SUBSCRIBE to +63927.703.1688.

Para mag-report
Pwede ninyong ipadala ang reports ninyo sa pamamagitan ng website, Twitter at SMS. Paalala: Maglagay ng mas maraming detalye sa inyong report kung pwede, at iyong totoo lamang.
1) Citizen Action Map form: It ay nasa ‘
Submit a Report’ page. Kumpletuhin ang lahat ng fields (Title ng Report, Description, Kategorya, Lugar) para mailagay sa mapa ang inyong report. Pwedeng sagutan ang iba pang fields.
2) Twitter: Padalhan kami ng tweet na may hashtag #citizenactionph. Huwag kalimutang ilagay ang pangalan ng LGU o opisyal na nire-report ninyo.
3) Citizen SMS Connect: Ipadala ang report ninyo sa +63927.703.1688 kahit nasaan man kayo. Tulad ng report sa web o Twitter, siguraduhing kumpleto ang detalye, lalo na ang lokasyon ng LGU at/o pangalan ng LGU official para maimarka namin ang report ninyo sa mapa.
